If you are a sufferer of anxiety you know how awful this condition can be. Get help. While there is little medicine can do to relieve anxiety, therapy can help you to discover what is causing your anxiety and ways to effectively lower your anxiety levels.
Learn to recognize the signs of your anxiety escalating and create a diversion. Usually, there are signs that an anxiety attack is about to occur before it becomes full-blown. If you learn to recognize the signs of an oncoming attack you can often divert the attack by changing location, drinking some water, or other simple means that will “trick” your mind into calming itself.
